Prior to working at American Landmark Properties, Ms. Merza was involved as a high profile special events project manager in the communications industry, specializing in medical education events. Highly trained as a managing administrator, Ms. Merza brings her managerial skills to American Landmark Properties, assisting the executive Vice President and President on new project developments, acquisitions and property sales. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, developing and enforcing company policies, as well as assisting in the leasing and management of all company assets nationwide. Ms. Merza’s other responsibilities include tenant relations and retention as well as providing financial analysis of each property.
